Co-Living
If you are not yet one with the Llama,
Let me tell you a tale,
Of a people that throw events,
Of very silly and elaborate nature
Part party,
Part connection cult,
part immersive theatre.
The Llamas are a creative bunch,
That love each other dearly,
And get shit done for breakfast.
We go hard,
We go soft,
We make,
And we play.
But above all,
We do it together.
Because this is the only life we have,
And we’re building the world we want to live in.
Fort Llama is a location and community. We spend 3 months each year co-living in the countryside as a sort of revolving door co-living... hotel? We throw three mini-festivals each season.
What are the Fort Llama mini-festivals like?
The catchup reel from Dipllamacy last winter is a pretty perfect overview.
A lot of silliness, creativity, dancing, hanging out and optional side quests.
Pricing
Mini-festivals are normally about £300 including board, food, alcohol and everything for 4 days. It's budgeted like a group holiday.
Fort Llama Co-Living is about £275 a week, also including everything.

There’s a club in a sauna
-
There’s a speakeasy in a shower
-
There’s a Berghain in one bedroom
-
And an underground arms dealership (bar?) in another
-
One bedroom has a hot tub with no water
-
And another is an after hours shishaless shisha-bar
-
One bathroom is a cuddle bunker
-
All baths are critical meeting rooms
-
The pool is just a standard (heated!) pool
